I Need Your Help

This little kid, he's about 4'10, 120lbs. I want to fight him. I am 6'4, 350lbs easily. The whole reason is he put his hands on my sister, pushed her up against a wall, and called her a whore.

Someone told me if I hit him, it is assault with a deadly weapon, due to my size. Any input.

Jacob,

Violence is never the answer. You would actually be doing your sister an injustice by defending her in this manor. As it stands the only person at fault is the person that assaulted your sister. Why not just press charges against him? Why risk getting yourself into trouble? It's not going to right the wrong that was done to her.

I say fight him.

Get a friend of yours to pass a nasty message to him about a member of his family (his mum perhaps?) and then hope that the guy goes over to you and starts a fight. That pretty much puts you on the defence, esp. through the eyes of anyone watching.

I was bullied / harassed back at school for being the new kid and my elder brother never did anything about it to scare the bullies away. If he did, I'd have a whole lot more respect for him.

Guys disrespecting women should be taught a lesson.

If it was my sister and the little punk had said that he would have multiple fractures by now. Not by me , my little sister is a nasty piece of goods.

Hopefully you will release some of the understandable anger you feel by talking about it like you are here.

It sounds like it would be nice to put a scare into the kid But you never know if that will end up helping your sister or hurting her more anyway.

I remember my sister was being bullied by this kid once, one day with my brother we took him to one side and had a few quiet words with him (no physical pain was inflicted). We mearly warned him that if he continued, he wouldn't be receiving a quiet word from us.

The issue is, if you attack him, you will be the one who gets into trouble and a criminal charge for assult is never going to look good. Also if you are seen to be the one attacking this little kid, you might find others side with him because they don't know the full story.

Either get your sister to report it as a physical and verbal assult, or have a quiet word. Also it is amazing how clumsy someone of 6 '4 can be when walking past someone who is 4'10, I would imagine it would be easy not to see him, be careful, you wouldn't want to accidentally bump into him.

Thanks :D I think I will atleast put the fear of God into this kid :P I can go from smiling and laughing to being straight faced in mean - I will make this kid cry. But there are kids at my school who want to fight him just because he messed with my little sister :P I am cool like that ^.^ I'd be scared of breaking him - but we will see how it pans out :P

Yep :D In Kentucky, it is called 'heat of passion' - the worst that can happen to me is me getting suspended from school and not being able to walk at the end of the year at graduation.

But this kid also hit the vice principal's cousin - so he might let me go.

By you attacking him you will face criminal assault charges.. Please stay away from that it is a total disaster to your life. Lawyers,Court,stress...That punk can totally screw you over. Get a restraining order against him. This way if he breaks it he gets punked by the law...And he will eventually break it so justice will be sweet.Restraining orders can really screw with your head.

im just thinking my imagination is running wild on me, maybe someone who's been busted by your sister or a bereaved ex-boyfriend, nonetheless he has no right to do that to your sister, make sure you report at all costs and don't procrastinate.

Don't get physical at him, could turn out worst than you think(it even could happen an accident)

Rather do some psychological damage to him, get a pic of him and make a posting with signs around the school like" i am still peeing my pants" or "i am beating girls because i am afraid to take on guys" or "has anyone seen my pacifier?"
