I need urgent advice

I have come into partnership with an old foe of mines.

He will be doing the seo on the site and off it, and he needs ftp access so he can carry out the work.

Im currently with godaddy and i don't how the ftp thingy works.

What access of the hosting cp do i need to give him for the seo?

I have the following options.

- Use ftp username as directory
- Hosting root
- Enter ftp directory path

Depending on how many sites you have in your root folder.. you could just give him an ftp account with access to the httdocs/www or whatever godaddy has for such. That would be "Hosting root" I'd imagine.
