Maybe I be wrong, but I don't see so probable people will be interested in building a site exclusively for talking or giving info about the new call of duty, people will create articles or talk about it in game forums etc.

It's crap, SEDO appraisals are worth nothing. And trying to market it as a CoD-related domain means difficulty monetising for the end user, which makes it even more difficult to ascribe any serious value.
