HI

I need suggestion for some question.

1. what is the different between "link:www(.)domain(.)comand
"link: www(.)domain(.)com"

2. When i search using that way "linksadURL address blocked: See forum rules)" i found less links but when i search using that method "link: www(.)domain(.)com" i found lots of links, what is the reason behind that..

3. When i Search using that keywords "Melrose Jewelers Canada" in Google, I see around 242,000 for melrose jewelers canada. (0.32 seconds)

but when i move page 1, page 2 and so on that i found only 323 listing, what its like that?

4. Suppose we have total 2000 links for our website but report show only 600 links then where is 1400 links.

5. When i Search using "link: www(.)domain(.)com)" i found 911 result but when i go one page to another page then only 100 Actualy data show..

I am wating for the answer of the above question.

link: www(.)domain(.)com is returning pages that contains the domain name itself on the page and also has the keywords "LINK" on it.

The link:www(.)domain(.)com is the real command for finding backlinks. But the accurate one is located in your google webmaster account.

Thanks.

#4 In this case google prevent other to see exact number of links your web site. I hope you don't want your competitors know about all your links ;)

sry........ i didnt understand exact issue, but after getting that point i got that :

When you type link:www.abc.com, you get links which contains http://ww.xyz,com.

When you type link: www.abc.com, you get links which contains both http://ww.xyz.com and www.xyz.com

Some website or directoires they will mentione the url name along with the hyperlink to particular keyword;

Ex: A link you will get with link: www.xyz.com

Title - Shopping online (hyper link will be there)
Descritpio - We provide all types of things ..........
URL - www.xyz.com

Thats the difference between those two things. :)

As rule google hide that from others. So he knows more and show less. And no one knows which kriteria is used for that
