I need someone who developes my ideas

Hello Developers / Designers,

I have several ideas for a domain name i own.
Lets be honest i cant develope and design it and i need it to be done.

Let me explain myself in the best english i can.
I would like to have a website kinda like Channelking.com, but then only for adult videos.

I need a website with an integrated videoplayer, a menu where user can make a selection, and that is customisable for me because i have some video feeds urls that might change i time.
I also want to place some ads like maybe google ads or something , or other banners so i need some space for this, and it has to be easy to add a banner or something.

Next to this i need the design to be hot and sexyyyy...
And i need help selecting a webhost and maybe to setup the website there.

Well thats all i need do you think you can and want to do this and have a fixed price in mind? PM me..

Just to make it a little bit more clear:

Im not looking for a youtube website where people can upload there own videos.
Im just looking for a site where i can show mms or asx files ( existing streams played in de player on my site)

Also joomla or something will be great.
