Hey NamePros!

I am in need of a coder who can help in coding psd into W3C valid code, properly. I will be a return customer, if one correctly.

I am not looking for the cheapest person around, I need a good price, but not looking for a bargain that won't put out what I need.

I also need the programmer to be domestic to the US. This is only because I will be in constant communication with you, and will get easily frustrated with someone who I cant comprehend, or visa versa.

Any other skills is a plus, PHP and AJAX especially.
