I need some affilate programs for my site

Hello Friends,

I have a webmasters resources directory at http://www.whplanet.com and I currently have Google Adsense running on it.. but it does not generate much revenue per month as expected.

So can somebody suggest me some good affiliate programs that I should use on my website to increase my monthly income from this website.
They should be related to the site content.

Also can you also tell me some good software/program to manage advertisements/banners on my website. I have lot of space available on Top, bottom and right side of the website. I can put banners and text links there.

do suggest some good websites for it.

If there is some better program than google ads then I can consider removing them from left side as well.
