I need help selecting the right license for selling templates for open source scripts

I'm setting up a website to sell free and paid templates for Drupal, Wordpress, and Joomla.

The free templates will be released under gpl, however I'm not sure what to do with the paid templates.

I want people to be able to modify the paid templates however they want, however I don't want them to have the freedom to redistribute or sell the templates.

I also want to add an extra small fee for the right to remove the copyright.

The GPL generally allows people to modify the template in any way they like and it's hard to retain the credit you deserve. You might be better served by an attribution required creative commons license such as this one.

Regarding the no redistribution of commercial templates. This is the normal function of copyright licenses. I'd suggest you have a look at the licenses of a couple of other template vendors and get something along those lines written for your needs.
