Design wise, although it seems a pretty theme, there doesn't seem to be any grid structure; nothing lines up with anything else. I would also cut down the blog posts to 5 instead of 10, as there is a lot of scrolling involved and you want visitors to find information fast!
Also I would cut down the top paragraph as there is a lot to read there; it should just summarise what the site is about, and what you can do on it, what you offer etc.
