I need help in building website from you all. I am building a website
for my business , I have knowledge of ASP.net but I am facing problem
in attaching database. I have tried many time but I can not attach my
database with the site so please help me...

Unless you are a pro MS developer don't even think of using microsoft web stuff

IMHO for 95% of people: -

If you want something very simple - use wordpress,
If you want something a bit advanced use joomla or drupal with appropriate extensions
If you want something customised - learn PHP, MySQL or pay someone
