The fact this name is considered as premium is only because the search popularity is over the minimum for which names are declared as premium.
I remember the minimum limit for which we declare a name as premium is very low.
The first premiums generally worth no more than hundred dollars.
Now I will say that potentially any name can be sold up to 5K because it's the price a company that want a name is willing to pay without taking care of domain metrics and stuff the domainer consider to valuate names.
