I need a roms host

ok guys I'm developing an extremely large roms website.
If you dont know what roms are... google roms and emulators. I need to host about 35 gigs of information, and need an affordable host.

There is alot of discussions on whether it is legal or illegal, I personally believe they are legal under certain conditions. This is not a debate I want to get into right now.

Roms are only legal if you own the game or delete the game off your harddrive after 24hrs of downloading it.
