I need a host that has an easy website builder

I am looking for a website host that has an EASY website builder. It is for my engraving/awards business.

I want a simple but professional looking website with no shopping carts, maybe 5-10 pages??

I noticed there are tons of hosting services with free website builders. Can anyone recommend any for ease of use and low cost hosting (maybe 10.00 a month??). There are so many options I am confused, but main thing for me is ease of building my own website, I don't have the patience or time to spend a lot of time learning the software, and don't want to spend 400-600 on a designer to build it.
