It sounds like a name in Asian religions. It could also mean love in Indian language Hindi, I am not sure. For sure I know "pyar" means love, but this one sounds like a variation but spelling could be different.

I like the name. If someone offers you low xxx for it now, I would say take it. Developed could be worth a bundle more. Rare to find something like that off the reg anymore. ..
