domain I just registered .com with two offers at sedo.

The domain is Property-Software.com, yes I know that there is a hyphen and I always try to not register domains with hyphen, but when I saw this 2 offers click I coudn't resist and I purchased this domain.
I found that propertysoftware.com is also listed at sedo but asking price is $830 and there is no offers.
So what do you think about value of this domain ?

I don't like hyphenated domains either but if there has been an offer in the past there may be a market for it. Don't be too greedy, if you get an offer in the $$$ range I would take it.
Let's say the hyphen may possibly help a bit with SEO. Perhaps you could run an affiliate program on the name in the meanwhile

Try to contact SEDO and ask what the offers were.
I'll bet they will tell you because if you sell it they will catch their fee.

I think you should buy the non-hyphenated version and either relist both as a package or develop, "Property Software" gets 200,000 results on google, and there appears to be plenty of adwords clients targeting that keyword, $830 seems cheap to me.
