I'm looking for a long term relationship with a website developer. We share the profits 50:50. You get paid after we get paid. I don't want any minisites or adsense. I want real, original, sites developed for affiliate programs, shopping, or subscription based sites. You can choose from any of my domain names to develop. This might suit a talented designer who wants to get into development without any investment but it would also be ideal for an established designer with proven abilities. If it doesn't work out, I'll buy your designs for 50% of the last 12 months earnings. I have many domains. So you need the ability to develop sites rapidly and move onto the next one.
