I have Hosting problem

Hi,
First of all I am new here and don't know which forum to post this kind of issue, so pardon me if I posted in a wrong forum.

I just bought a reseller hosting account last week and transferred some of my sites. they were working fine till2 days ago and now suddenly the sites don't show up.
I can't even login to my cpanel.

The guy I bought from is saying everything is fine and he suggested using a proxy site. I am at work and they filter proxy avoidance so I can't do it here.

Can somebody check the site please for me if it shows up.

The seller is saying its my IP at home but I can access all other websites from home.

Views fine here.
Try flushing your DNS:
Go to Start and then to Run. In the prompt type "command" without "'s.
When the dos prompt appears type "ipconfig /flushdns" without "'s.

You might be able to do it if you are at work but you may not be able to.
