I need a reliable few individuals who can help me develop a number of premium domains with forums, SEO, etc - all the stuff that people talk about in this forum. I have no free time to work on this stuff anymore, but still lots of domains that need some love.

I am new here, on a reccomendation of a friend - so please post or PM rates / previous projects / ideas etc.

I need to give you a domain name, you give me a strategy, I pay you for the strategy, and then we resell the site after 6 - 12 months. I will pay you upfront + 10% of gross sale price on the other end.
