I have a question.

[pureme]

i`m working at a design firm. As a marketer, i want to know about the skill of good marketing. my major is not related to business, but from long time, i want to get a job related with p.m in cosmetics or clothing design. and finally i get a job related with p.m.

but it is a hard thing.what is the real secret?

what is the real effective way to market?

i think marketing is necessary in all the fields regardless of the position.
