I.E. vs FireFox - What is this?

hey, i am trying to develop a website

http://www.tophosting.us

and in firefox the site does okey !! no problems there

but when i open it in Internet Explorer (I.E.) there are some viewing problems.. the menu sometimes is gone.. and everything is not at its place..

what can i do ??? how can i fix this problem ???
