I recently bought the domain luv.it , that expired just the day before. Due to the typo (love it) I thought this domain could have a good value.
And... after just two weeks on sedo I received offers for $850.

I still didn't sell it, as I would like to develop it as we.luv.it ... but who knows, maybe I'll accept something in the low $$$$ range it's actually on sedo for $1300...

Also, I managed to catch kick.it and rule.it, another good couple that I'm going to sell for a good price. I'm so happy, yahooo!

Just a question, did you see the expiration date of luv.it just checking the whois or is there any list? I just saw .com/.net/.org/.biz/.info lists. thanks

You can check a very simplified version of it at http://www.castalia.info. The full version also has expire check function with alerts, automated / preprogrammed scans, lists capabilities and much more... I was thinking about putting it for sale, but still don't know

Yes, I would definitely hold out for more than $850 if you plan on selling it.

It might be worth disabling the 'view source' function on the site to stop people copying your code and running it without permission if you are bothered that is...
