When i started getting into the hosting/domain/design industry i usually only frequented two sites, Well one site has these petty, stupid, little rules to keep everyone "inline" and god forbid you bad mouth their host, It seems they only allow people who are going to bash Site5 and Dreamhost to register and post there anymore. You'll never see a positive review of another company stay on top long, They kick off any real hosting company that is active that they feel is a threat to there hosting company. (rackspace)
They act like it is a community but it's really just another tasteless scam to promote there own web hosting company.
The other site i use to frequent and sell stuff, is still a great community, but charges upwards of $20 to post a for sale ad, guess they didnt realize most people dont even sell their domains/sites for that much, its more for the larger people, with fat wallets now.
But Namepros, I must say, i've only been coming here recently, and its awesome. This is how forums should be ran, and i can only hope it stays heading in this awesome direction for the future as well. Just wanted to tell the NamePro guys what a awesome job they've done, are doing, and will do.
