I am new to being a reseller..help

I am new to reselling buisness and want to ask something! i signed up today for Enom Reselling Account! Now When I try to setup a RegistryRocket...I am not able to lower the .com prices from 10.21$ and its set at 11.21$...Then why on the main page it says..your reseller domain cost starts at 9.95$...How its possible??

is the reseller account for your own use or you have a web site where you sell them?

I have no website for that reseller account...I was just testing it...may make a website afterwards!

have you funded your enom reseller account? after funding it notify them about it so they can adjust price for you.
