Hi everybody,
Do you think these 2 domains will worth the listing fees on Flippa?
AidSurvival.com has 9 years age and SellingBike.com is new.
Which one would you list (if it worth it)
Thanks.

Frankly speaking, I don't think any of these can fetch attention at Flippa. It's not about the platform, rather it's about the domain quality in general.

A good domain should grab attention anywhere sooner or later.

I doubt these can do well at Flippa. That's just my opinion. Would be interesting to see what other more experienced members can suggest.

All the best.

Thanks Nikhil for your reply, the point is I need to know why do these are bad quality domains? I am just a beginner in domaining, and I have the option to develop and sell them as websites, but I don't understand what I am missing here, let's take these as example, .com, two words, meaningful. but still are low quality, what makes them lower than others sold with same specifications? I wish you got what I am trying to mean.

I will take a stab at it.

Selling Bike is just the wrong tense all around. Sell is a better tense, and products generally are better plural. Something like SellBikes.com is better but even then it is not that great. There are just too many alternatives available.

Aid Survival doesn't really have a stand alone meaning. If someone was using that as their domain I would have no idea what to expect. Let's say the domain was SurvivalKnives.com or SurvivalTraining.com. Those types have a clear use and demand.

Thanks Brad, so it's for the use and demand first. So I should just continue learning here on the forum, like I was told earlier here " shut your wallet now and continue learning, your wallet will thank you later".
Any other thoughts are appreciated.

Yeah, I would just stick to learning as much as you can for now.

There are always going to be investment opportunities. The more knowledge you have the more prepared you will be.

The first step is really to be able to identify what a good domain is, and why it is good. You also need to decide who your target buyer is. Are you trying to sell to an end user or another domainer?

You have the right idea sticking to (2) word .COM at least, you just need to get better combos.

In order for a domain to have value it needs to have something going for it. It could be a keyword, brand, short domain, unique format, etc.

There are literally endless options available to register. A domain needs to be unique in order for someone to be willing to pay a premium for it.

Also, just being open to learning is a great trait. I have seen a lot of people who think they know it all; they normally don't last. I have been in this field for over a decade and still learn new things daily.

Ye Brad,
I intend to start by mostly 1 - 2 words only .com domains, I used to develop and sell them for 3 years now, selling them mostly on Flippa (example: https://flippa.com/9404164-veryuniquegifts-com), actually I have the ambition to get to the next level and learn domaining, my target strategy is to acquire 1 - 2 words .com that may sell for $100 - $200, I mostly use expireddomains .net , but never listed a domain auction because I wasn't sure about it, here is a part of my actual portfolio to be developed:
HairFallOil .com
TopicalFatBurner .com (actually expired)
HairNailSkin .com
FatCatStore .com
HiOdd .com
NoobTrader .com
TrafficoRama .com
UsCloudHost .com

And many on my watchlist on expireddomainsnet that are still available but I am suspicious why nobody registers them lol

Take it from me . . . and everyone else around here . . . putting two solid nams together does not make a good domain name.

If I knew a year ago what I know today about domaining here are 3 things I would do without question:

First, read and study for HOURS that equal months worth of time. Engage with people here. The amount of money you would save and not lose would far exceed the amount you would make asking about a potential hand reg. Off the top of my head Id say BroadwayEats and BroadwayTreats along with BoysSoap, GirlsSoap, and GirlSoap are among my better dot com hand regs . . . I wouldnt pay $8k for them, and I probably hand reg 400 names total in a year. (LONG story)
Secondly, limit yourself to 1-2 hand regs per week if you need that gamble.
Thirdly, invest in short domains say 4-5 letters, no numbers or hyphens, and single word domains. If you dont have the capital to invest in number three here, that makes 1-2 that much more imperative. I wont go invest in penny stocks now just to do it. Okay I might, but I know the odds are long and unlikely interms of profit.

Only one of those would tempt me in the slightest. I imagine most others will not be tempted at all by your names.

If you develop a topical fat burner however, you will make so much money you could buy any domain you wanted.

Thanks @Want2learn for sharing such helpful advises, your experiences worth thousands in this industry, I am sure that learning from our mistakes is the best to success. I actually registed 1-2 per month, what I am missing is confidence, well, and experience of course.

Thanks for this motivational advise, I've gone ahead and renewed TopicalFatBurner.com.

To cut to the chase: no. Paying for listing fees means throwing good money after bad. Remember, good names sell for themselves...
