It's singular and celebrity is a generic term. If it were <Insert Celebrity Name>Blog.info it would work or if it was CelebrityBlogs.info (links to celeb blogs) it would work.

I don't see it having much value - I might be wrong though.

Great catch, definitely worth developing. At least mid $xx undeveloped resale value, much more to an end user.

$xx reseller -- Good keyword domain. Not a bad purchase even in .info, but developing the site would maximize it's value.
