Details: HyruleKingdom.net is a fan site providing information and multimedia concerning the Legend of Zelda series of games. The only needed recurring update is the news, which takes me about 10 minutes per week.

Traffic: The site receives about 150 unique visitors per day, mostly North American. Traffic will see a very steady increase in the wake of E3 of the announcements of two new Zelda games, including the much anticipated Twilight Princess.

Revenue: I've been experimenting with ads on the site for a couple of weeks, and as the ads stand now, it is doing about $20 per month, split fairly evening between AdSense and ValueClick. I would probably recomend replacing the ValueClick ad with another AdSense ad though. Ad revenue will increase with traffic in the short term.

Forums: We recently launched a vBulletin forum for the site in the forum of ZeldaDebate.com. The skin is purchased and the header is custom. The forums have been quite inactive; the planned advertising and plugging simply didn't happen, I became a bit weighed down by other projects. We took them offline for the most part, but the domain is active now for viewing.

What's Included: This sale includes both domains (HyruleKingdom.net and ZeldaDebate.com), all content and site files, a vBulletin license, the custom skin and header on the forums, and some miscellaneous files (text, video, etc) that can be added to the site immediately.

As far as the auction's end: I'm not going to set a date yet. I have a reserve in mind, and it's quite low, so I assume I will just accept an offer at some point.
