Established HUGE site for sale! Over 30,000 pages!!!

As of now the site receives no traffic because i have not loaded the DB with the 30.000 article because my hosting is too small for that.

1. I bought this site myself, im not sure where the articles come from, but i can ask.
2. Articles are good length. Just look at some on the site. Reseller rights, yes.
3. Yes, there is an admin CP. Chaning layout is a piece of cake.

Yes some are hard to understand. If you paid 50 cents or 2 million the value to me should be the same. What you paid matters not at all. Why is article beach site unpopular? Who says that?

The name alone has some nice merit if you are in us and you know the acts. 30,000 articles is huge and you guys are talking porrly about his site, and asking about things that..... I just dont understand.
