A small forum site with growth potential availlable but I am unable to tackle it myself. I had back surgery and am unable to devote the necessary time to developing this site.

There is an active database using vbulletin 3.5.3. It had 14 members, 95 threads and over 400 posts. I have only deleted the users setting them to guest status to protect their identity. Their posts remain. The vbulletin license does not go with the sale. It is a leased license anyway. The three themes are part of the sale if wanted.

The starting price for the site is $10, and the best offer made by the 12 April 2006 will be accepted.

Payment will have to be made by paypal, the domain will be transfered via a free push at namecheap, and a zip file containing a copy of the site files / database will be emailed to the paypal address of the person making the payment.
