I like the third one especially. Your second looks ok but is kinda generic, so keep that in mind. The thing i hate about your third one ( http://flamesocean.com/xt/) is that there is no preloader when I clickon another link and the whole movie animation and effects repeat itself. Very annonying. Definitely not a usability plus.

All versions are extremely well done. The flash is great but might be troublesome for dial up visitors. Nevertheless if I had to choose one I would definitely pick the last one. Wonderful flash animation on the last one.
