Right, static pages are almost a thing of the past, HOWEVER, the http protocol relies on HTML as a language, php, perl, asp scripts they all most format their output in html . Automated websites rely on their templates coded in HTML.
I like the domain, I believe it's worth high $xx undeveloped, and a lot more if developed with good content.
