I wanted to know what's the procedure for copying and pasting the HTML code in an e-mail as well as in web-page?
Please suggest.

For a web page: View > Page Source > ctrl + a (select all) > ctrl + c > go to wherever you want to paste it > ctrl + v

Yes, set the email type to HTML. What are you using to send this email? ie. what program or website.
