2024 has been very slow for me so far, my revenue dropped 50% with respect to 2023 while competition at drop is still high and renewals prices keep raising. I've seen that many are performing really good and I'm glad of that but I see also experienced domainers complaining about the state of the market.

How's going your 2024?

So far, 2024 has been good to me and better than 2023. My portfolio is rather small though, so it is not statistically significant. I have about 300 domains and sold 5 at retail so far (all through Afternic) for a 1.67% STR, which is above my target of 1.5 for the whole year already. Putting a little bit of profit back into acquisitions.

Hello, @inforg ! Thank you for chipping in. May I ask which lander and nameservers you use? I have been using the Dan lander at Afternic with ns1/ns2 and no results so far this year (however, I have an extremely small portfolio to start at 57 domains). Thanks!

Actually, this year I started using Dynadot landers as I have moved most of my portfolio there. I believe my sales are from partner searches at GoDaddy or other registrars. I have yet to sell one through the Dynadot lander and have been thinking about moving them to Afternic landers. I have lost a lot of commission $ by not having them point there.
