Then you need to learn either: c++,c, visual basic, pascal, delphi, and learn to draw really well or even use java...

When i saw php, that does include ming But thats pretty super advance... not a lot of people understand how to use it

Well, I used to have a game engine if you recall! :P It allowed you to make maps, etc.. But C++ is the way to go if you know it... If not, learn Visual Basic or something! Visual Basic compilers though can be quite pricey, anyone know of a VB Compiler free or near free?
