I don't know how to create new website.
If any body please tell me how to create new website?

Your question is a simple one, but unfortunately the answer is a very complicated one.

The first thing you have to do is understand that the learning curve can be steep and it is always an ongoing process. You have to have patience and be willing to make LOTS of mistakes, learn from them and not give up.

Next, you'll need to at least learn the basics of HTML, which you can do here (as well as many other sites):

Without learning and understanding HTML you will have a VERY difficult time creating and tweaking your pages to your liking.

There are any number of programs that can help "automate" the process of building pages. These include well know web authoring prgrams such as Dreamweaver (expensive) & FrontPage. There are also plenty of freeware programs that will help handle the basics such as W3's own Amaya, HTML-Kit, Kompozer, as well as many others. None of these are "perfect" and they all have their pros and cons, but they can be helpful/useful if you learn how to use them.

BUT REMEMBER, unless you understand HTML you will not understand what it is that these programs are doing nor be be able to create a site that is intelligent, attractive or functions properly.

You could also look in to using "prebuilt" scripts such as Joomla, Wordpress, etc, along with their many available Templates -- but unless you understand HTML, you'll never get your site to look and function the way you want.

Aside from the above and a domain name, you will also need webhosting on which to "publish" your new website. What type of webhosting and what services you will need from it is a whole different question to be tackled -- and presents a whole different set of challenges and learning curve.

For now, just concentrate on learning HTML and then you can move forward once you understand things. People here (and on many other forums) will be happy to help you as long as you really work on learning things on your own.

The best way to learn how to make a website is to observe how others do it. Find sites you like on the internet and take notes on the page elements that grab your attention. Next, learn how to recreate those elements through free online tutorials. HTML guides and tutorials abound on the internet. Just look up "free web design tutorial" or something similar on Google. You will find thousands of helpful tips and resources.

If you are in a hurry and don't have time to learn HTML on your own, you can download a pre-designed template at a good web template site. If you don't have the money to spend on a professional template, try the free template section of that site.

You can also buy a script that will create a whole website containing thousands of video pages for you instantly. The best one I've seen so far is the YouTube Video Script. It lets you create a huge video site on any topic under the sun with just a few clicks.

Sometimes the best way to learn web design is to get a professional template or script and then dig into it to see how it works.

I'd recommend making things easy on yourself to start with:

1) Find a host with Cpanel.
2) Install WordPress via Cpanel - very easy, just a few clicks.
3) Install a Theme (template) you like via Wordpress admin - again, just a few clicks.
4) Learn to customize your Theme and add Plugins.

No need to jump heavily into coding unless that is what you want.

yes i am agree with pcp, if you are beginner you can praktice with blogger,try to make account, transfer domain and custom DNS or forward domain.

this practise very used when you will make wordpress.

if u want to create website for free,there are lot of sites and if u want to create website by giving money there are lot of sites even yahoo also giving..so u choose the best one...better to search the search engine

Weebly and webs are two more places where you can host your own site. They even allow you to setup blogging software on your blog. Expect some catch behind those free services, other than that those are handy services.
