How to value PR domains

OK I must admit I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to traffic domains.

Lets say I see a domain with the following stats. How do I know what this thing is worth roughly? Any way to "estimate" the traffic based on this stuff?

THANKS!

PageRank: 5/10
Alexa Rank: Not Ranked
Incoming Google Links: 11
Incoming Yahoo Links: 34
Incoming MSN Links: 65
Incoming Alexa Links: 9
Overall Incoming Links: 119 (Overlap is possible - Estimated 103 unique links)
Outgoing Links: None Found - No PR Passed [ View History ]

pagerank is not a very good indicator of traffic, just backlinks http://www.google.com/technology/.

alexa rank is supposed to indicate traffic, although it can be falsified to be better. however, seeing as it isn't even ranked, the traffic to that domain must be very very low.

Nothing this proves that the domain name is nothing.

The real value of the PR and the links can only be measured for a developed site through its revenue.

Lets say I have one PR 9 backlink Which I can get from donating $1000 to w3c.org

Now I get PR 7 or PR 8 for the linked domain.

On it I put 3 links for my other new domains. And if properly set this can also get PR 6 or so.

This will become a factory for me.

Getting backlinks is also not a hard thing. See first if that site is not involved in automatic link exchanges and other stuff.

I am not being negative but have seen some newbie's crying in past from their PR investments. That's why.
