How to value a domain and a developed site?

Hi, can someone list down a guide how to value (1) a domain and (2) a website?

So far, I've gathered that domain with generic type-in traffic values about 5 years the annual income from parking. Any other ways to value domains?

How about a developed site? Any guides or rules as to valuing a developed site?

Value of domain depend on the traffic attracting towards it, so getting traffic for your domain is very important for good valuation!
