IP Address Display

Good Morning!
Currently I'm hosting two domains that function as one large database. The home page for this is site is built in frames that can tap into both domains anonymously. My question has to do with the IP address display in the address bar. Namely, I would like to display the numerical URL rather than the spelled-out page name. How can this be done? Can it be done over different browsers?

64.202.188.201 is the IP of where your domain is hosted.... =)

Its not something one can program on your page, I don't think. To achieve the effect, you just need a dedicated IP address for hosting your site. This way, when someone types in the IP address in the url, your website comes up.

You can do it on a shared hosting account as well, but you'll normally need to use the IP + your account name.

example:
http://123.234.345.456/~youraccountname

This (alternate URL) info should have been sent to you when you opened the account.
