if, it was parked and the traffic was converting to clicks related to divorce attorneys, then you would have statistics, should that person question whether or not those leads were "qualified".
you could also identify where that traffic was coming from, which could help to focus on attorneys in that region
sure, any domain that gets some traffic can provide a lead, but having leads that are qualified" or not, is, and makes the difference, between traffic that's relevant to a divorce attorney and traffic that is not..
