How to register .af domains

The bureaucracy in Afghanistan government make me unwilling to register .af domain.

Is there any alternative to register .af domains online?

As far as I know, registering .AF is allowed on many places (like Instra, 101domains etc.) without any special requirements.

Specific rules concern only registering trademarks owned by third parties, the display of sexually offensive contents, spamming activities including viruses and hacking tools, activities illegal under Afghan law. Such domains would be prohibited from registration.

Thanks, I thought it is only possible through government procedure. I checked instra and it allows registering .af domains.
