You can't, it is only for getting discounts, topcoin.network is supposed to go live in a bit, you should be able to exchange your coins for a 1:2 ratio, and it will be a cryptocurrency you can sell in the open market once it goes live.

Their launch was delayed, but with the 1:2 exchange the new topcoin they were pricing at 10 cents each, you do the math.
