you can either post loads yourself (either as one user, or pretend to be a few).

get your mates to post
pay someone to do it (either realy money, or NP$ in the NP$ incentives bit

You have go tno unique content or even any content on the site

the idea of build it and they will come does not apply to forums

I own and run a forum, it takes a LOT of time to gain members and have your site expand through word of mouth. I have 700+ members to date, with 5,000+ posts. I'm the #1 site for a few search terms and I still only average ~120 unique daily.

I would suggest making your forums unique. You MUST have valuable content and it needs to be able to be searched by engines.

You could try the paid forum posting route. There are a lot of paid posting services out there online, there are also individuals who do paid posting. I am one of them.

hire forum posting services for a month, then hire professional article writers for a month to load up on content. Then start a advertising campaign through ppc ads.
