I think the main thing is just a good idea, I had one and get 1k+ views a day on site that has been up for 4 days! I will not disclose what that idea was but it did involve forums
I may make a ebook on how I did it! A good idea is all it takes!
Type-in traffic, and traffic driven by search engines, this is what is called natural traffic.
And I wonder if it's possible to gain free unnatural traffic?
WHen you exchange a link with another relevant site in an attempt to create organic traffic how do you effectively put the link into your website?
Do you just mention it in content and then its there for good?
Do you create a spot for links?
Is it possible to exchange links in code where they are not visible to click execept through a specified /links.html
The website you receive a backlink from needs to put this up.
Example: Your site
This above link is a backlink to Google.
In regards to your second question,
Preferably you want a backlink from a page with relevant content that is related to the topics on your page and not from a page called links.html
This would clearly indicate a link derived from a link exchange which Google doesn't value well if at all.
If the link is permanent depends on what you have agreed upon and in most cases if it's natural it stays there for a long time.
Thanks for the reply I think I am starting to get it. That is why the blogs have become highly popular?
You can discuss the most new and in demand topics and connect users with good links and with the information you provide hopefully be linked as well. . . . .
Thanks again. I have a tonn more reading to do. . .
Ps - I stopped by your ebook site and clicked around a bit to get some good reading. . . . Thanks for the help.
