can any one give me the tips how to get more n more link exchanges?

I'm not an expert in link exchanging but my suggestion would be to find other services/websites in the same niche to yours and ask them if they wouldn't mind link exchanging with you?.

Maybe make your site more presentable and professional for site appeal plays a role for people's judge if it is a legitimate site or just ordinary site without so much things to offer. Maybe put their link first before contacting them..
