How to get EPP codes from Regfly?

anyone know how I can get the EPP codes from regfly to transfer out?
it doesnt seem to be posted on their site.

In your control panel, Manage domains, choose the domain, then edit whois details.

At the bottom of this page ("Modify Contact Information") you can find the Authorization Code.

thanks, I got there, and it says :Auth Code, and.... its empty!!!
weird eh?

I only have a few domains there. the one I want to transfer out doesnt have an auth code, the others do.
I think it is because it was regged when they were with Enom...
still no idea how to get the authg code though.

I checked few of my domains and all have the code.
I suppose you have to write to support

RF must not register .us domains. It looks like they contract with Tucows. You can't find an EPP code with .us domains. I was just told "they lost a lot of EPP codes" and their "system is down." I was asked to "call back in a few days." Seems suspicious to me...
