I don't have an eName.com account, but I can speak from experience with another registrar, that sometimes you just have to call their customer service number and get the authcode. It's a pain in the butt, and I'm sure there has to be some rule against them impeding your transfer, but in the end, talking to a live person usually gets stuff done.

It is really very hard for your to get your Auth code through ename.com

ename.com is the child company of ename.cn, which is a Chinese registrar. They provide Auth code through Mobile phone SMS only (Charge RMB 1 yuan, which is about US$ 15 cents, everytime from your account balance) but I nerver think theri system can send SMS to international numbers. And you must fax your Passport / ID card to verify your account before you can ask for sending Auth code...

One of most workable way for your is to find a Chinese partner, push your Domain from ename.com to your partners' account with ename.cn, then your partner can get the Auth code through mobile phone SMS.

Plz let me know if you need help, as I am from China :)

The problem is not little different mate.
The domain expired but they renewed it and it still show me to renew it in my account or it will get deleted.

If I renew then I have to pay money, that is not possible because I have to transfer money to their Bank Account. I can pay only by paypal, can use my friends CC if needed.

I am ready to renew it and pay $14 for it but there is no way I can do this.

I will ask some Chinese people if they can tell me what should I DP

Auth Code is usually not required to renew a domain via PayPal! It is necessary when transferring a domain between registrars!

Log in to ename.com and from the control panel, select "My domains". Beside each of your domains listed, there should be a "Password". As far as I know, that's the auth code, although I've never had to use it myself yet.

However, like andreyknure said, it's meant for transfers, and is not needed for a renewal. And to make matters worse, you would probably have some trouble trying to perform a registrar transfer on an expired domain.

eName does not accept PayPal or credit card payments. I learned that the hard way. In order to renew with them, you'll have to go to your bank and ask them to perform a wire transfer to China, following eName's instructions.

In North America, this is not usually a cheap method of payment, because of the bank service charge to perform a wire transfer (mine was $30 I believe). So what I did was made it worth my trouble by "padding" my eName balance with a higher amount than what I needed to simply make a one-year renewal only.

If you plan to do the wire transfer, I can help you with what information you need to provide to your bank in order to send it to eName. It's not all available from their site, believe it or not. I mean, in the detail that may be required by your bank.
