Blogging is unquestionably an essential aspect of the SEO process. Blog posts are a way to give useful information to the audience.

The first thing you need is to maintain a website blog. Add updates about your business and inform them about the industry information or the relevant information they seek

Hard to say if it was cars for example you could blog about dealer location and review your local second hand bargains bit hard not knowing what we are discussing. I see your very first post welcome to the forums lots to learn here.

@canbay welcome here.

Creating local content requires what we can call Local SEO, which means your focus isn't about the bigger market on the internet worldwide but the few in the local you are targetting.

In such a case, you need to research your keyword with the locals' search intent like best car dealers in Washington, what is the most popular car in Washington and so on...the last word is what will help you know and discover through things like Google suggestion what others also asked to grab idea for content that will be ranked for your locals.

Don't also forget to add up backlinks. That can be more tricky for local-focused SEO website though but is essential to rank well.
