information How to Contact Masterbucks Support

Just making this as an FYI on how I managed to get ahold of masterbucks support after trying to email [email protected] for several months. It seems most people haven't been able to get one. I don't know if I caught them at the right time or what, but I did receive a response in ~30 minutes.

Looks like they are using a ticketing system as I scrolled below their response:

And the support emails are coming from a generated email addressed based off the email you submitted in the ticket:

AG? Don't think so. Police report or any cyber crimes/complaints group under your goverment, yes.

What makes you believe that?

It is not legal in the US to rip off people who are outside of the US. You can certainly make a report to the Washington AG.
