For MSN type in linkdomain:domain.com in the search bar.
For Google type in link:domain.com in the search bar.
For Yahoo use: http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/

there have been issues with link operators in that sometimes they don't show the full count. to get the most accurate number, be sure to get a webmaster tools account in google, and its counterpart in msn and yahoo.
