I have two numeric domains 7007.io and 8822.io and want to auction them for a fair price but I do not want lose them for a low offer. Anybody knows if namepros allow user initiated auction ? what about godaddy and sedo ? Anybody has an experience which one was more effective ?

Most (if not all) auctions that allow buyers to send a domain to auction without seller initiation are dropcatch/expiring related.

SEDO has an option for a buyer to make an offer and the seller can send that offer to auction, but it's seller initiated and they can just reject the offer or accept it instead.

If you can get 2 people interested in a domain via multiple inbound and outbound efforts, then you could simply start an auction on namePros with the highest offer as the starting bid of the two people and link them to it to battle it out on the auction floor.
