what do u mean by verified paypal account? Can you tell me how to send money using paypal? Sorry i have never done this before.

If your paypal account is unverified just add and confirm a bank account or get verified using your credit card.

How to send:

1. Log in to your account at PayPal.com and select the Send Money tab.
2. Enter the recipient's email address, the amount, and transaction type.
3. Confirm your payment details, and you're done.
